YSR Rythu Seva Lo Upadhi Mitra Scheme 2022
There were many people who were working in Tamilnadu, Maharashtra, Gujarat, Delhi etc in small companies but due to outbreak of coronavirus they have lost their jobs. So the government of Andhra Pradesh is planning to launch YSR Rythu Seva Lo Upadhi Mitra Scheme. Under this Scheme the migrant workers will be provided jobs on daily wages who came back to their native land due to losing their job because of coronavirus lockdown. This YSR Rythu Seva Lo Upadhi Mitra scheme is going to provide job in agricultural and allied sector by making use of National Rural Employment Guarantee Act (NREGA). YSR Rythu Seva Lo Upadhi Mitra scheme will work like Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee scheme (MGNREGA). Under the scheme the migrant labourers will work in agricultural and allied sector as these sectors are facing shortage of labourers. Due to the benefits available under the AP YSR Rythu Seva Lo Upadhi Mitra Scheme launched by the state government, it will prove to be a boon for agriculture and allied sectors. Through this scheme, such farmers of the state will be helped who are facing shortage of laborers for agricultural works. Along with this, there has been a rapid increase in the daily wages due to the shortage of laborers, due to which the farmers have to provide at least 300 to 500 rupees per person as daily wages to the agricultural laborers. To redress all these problems, the state government will now provide employment equivalent to NREGA to out-of-job migrant workers under the YSR Rythu Seva Lo Upadhi Mitra Scheme 2022. Objective of YSR Rythu Seva Lo Upadhi Mitra Scheme 2022
Due to the lockdown caused by Coronavirus, many citizens had to lose their jobs, due to which their livelihood was going through a lot of difficulties. YSR Rythu Seva Lo Upadhya Mitra Scheme 2022 has been started by the Andhra Pradesh State Government with the objective of removing this problem. The main purpose of this scheme is to provide employment and to provide laborers to the farmers for their agricultural work. Through this YSR Rythu Seva Lo Pathi Mitra Scheme released by the government, job opportunities will be provided to the migrant workers who have lost their jobs and returned to their native land due to the coronavirus lockdown. With the implementation of this scheme, migrant workers will become financially independent and will not go to any other state in search of jobs. Agriculture related laborers working under YSR Rythu Seva Lo Upadhi Mitra Scheme
Under this scheme, work will be provided to laborers for agricultural works in the Kharif season running from July to November 2022. The Andhra Pradesh government has provided information that a minimum of 200 laborers are required for various types of agricultural work in one acre of crop, which includes the following types of work:-

Eligibility Criteria
To apply under the YSR Rythu Seva Lo Degree Mitra Scheme, the applicant has to follow the eligibility criteria mentioned below which is as follows:-
- The applicant should be a permanent citizen of Andhra Pradesh state, only then he will be able to take advantage of this employment scheme.
- The applicant must be a migrant worker who has returned to the state of Andhra Pradesh due to the outbreak of Coronavirus.
- Only all unemployed workers of the state will be eligible to take advantage of this scheme, a worker doing any other kind of employment cannot apply under this scheme.
